FAIB LEVEL 3 – FIRST AID @ WORK REQUAL – 2 DAY

If your members of staff holds a valid 3 day FAW (First Aid at Work) certificate and your First Aid assessment has shown they require a re-qualification then this course will suite your needs. The course advises on how to deal with a casualty in a safe, quick and responsible way, whilst also ensuring delegates are up to speed with current procedures.

Note: The FAW certificate must not have lapsed by more than 28 days, certificates must come from an approved training provider and certificates or copies of certificates will be checked at the start of the course. Delegates without the necessary certificate will not be able to participate in the course.

Outcomes:

• FAIB Certificate / Assessment: Written exam & practical assessment

Assessment:

• Candidates will be independently assessed on practical scenarios, including CPR, an unresponsive casualty and a wounded and bleeding casualty.
